The Role:


As a Marketing Operations Manager at Logitech G you will be a key member of the Global Marketing & Brand team driving operational management and analytics to maximize performance, time to market and alignment with the regional sales & marketing teams.

Working in multiple time zones with multiple cross-functions, requires the person to have outstanding organizational skills and be a strong team player to ensure alignment and clarity is maintained. 

Partner with the Global Commercial Organization and the Brand teams to project manage the deployment of marketing campaigns and new product launches. This includes setting priorities and KPI’s to clarify success metrics and drive the business in an optimal way. This role will require a high degree of agility and collaboration to be effective in a fast-paced environment that aims to enhance consumer experience and increase the total addressable market for Logitech G.

​In this role you will:

  • Manage all operational aspects of key marketing systems used to generate, distribute, and report on marketing plans and GtM campaigns.

  • Manage timelines of deliverables, dates, and expectations between HQ Marketing and the Regional Sales & Marketing teams on daily basis. 

  • Establish and introduce scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and marketing management are utilized

  • Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing, campaign, and sales activities of effectiveness and business impact

  • Proactively explore data to find trends, discover KPIs, and apply proper hypothesis testing

  • Monitor campaigns and provides recommendations that enhance future campaign performance and measurements based on analysis and findings to a variety of audience

  • Develop robust KPIs and scorecards for marketing performance monitoring

  • Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following skills to our team:

  • Working experience in Marketing Operations or Project Management for 5+ years

  • BA/MA in Marketing or similar relevant field

  • Outstanding analytical skills and experience in brand & sales analytics 

  • Be comfortable with working in multiple time zones

  • Hands-on experience with project management systems 

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Attention to details

  • Perfect written and verbal communication skills

  • Need to be located in SF Bay Area and be able to be in office in Newark on a daily basis
