Logitech is changing the video collaboration experience with hardware that seamlessly brings people together, and we’re looking for a Channel Marketing Manager to join our team. The Channel Marketing Manager (CMM), Video Collaboration (VC), will be responsible for extending VC hardware sales through our partner ecosystem while helping to mature our marketing processes and operations. 

As a key member of the VC Channel Team, the CMM will be responsible for building and executing a 12-month channel marketing plan. The plan will include in-channel advertising placements, sales rep mindshare programs, promotional plans, video initiatives, as well as online and digital strategies that support Logitech priorities, product launches, and partnerships. This person will have the ability to grasp and articulate the business need for a proposed activity and will continually measure and evaluate ROI, KPIs, and areas for improvement.  

This role requires a team player who enjoys working in an entrepreneurial environment. The successful CMM will seize the opportunity to influence programs and platforms while being equally willing to roll up their sleeves and contribute where necessary as we build the vision for the future. The CMM must also be able to manage multiple (often shifting) projects and move with a sense of urgency while navigating the nuances of a matrix-based organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting assigned channel partners and Logitech channel sales stakeholders 

  • Serving as the primary marketing liaison with the US/Canada NSP/DMR channel account managers for VC marketing activities with a focus on specified channel partner segmentation

  • Evaluating marketing programs and/or partner programs to support Logitech objectives with assigned channel partners

  • Supporting and coordinating partner marketing activities with the channel sales team, and building complementary plans for capturing and following up on the opportunities

  • Designing and executing channel marketing activities and events, including budget management, set-up, pre and post-analysis (lift & ROI), and reporting results both internally and externally

  • Developing metrics and measures to track share, progress, and results by account and providing these metrics and results to management on a periodic basis

  • Acting as a subject matter expert within the broader organization regarding the needs, requirements of the assigned channel segment, and how they provide benefit to Logitech



  • Demonstrated success in B2B channel marketing with National Service Providers and OEM partners. Video conferencing and enterprise services background a plus, as well as in-house marketing experience at a channel partner.

  • Strong digital marketing background is required. Familiarity with e-commerce channels is beneficial.

  • A thorough understanding of financials, metrics, and market information, and the ability to identify trends, the reasons behind them, and new opportunities. 

  • Vision to proactively anticipate and understand problems and opportunities and present comprehensive and timely solutions.

  • Dexterity to manage multiple projects and prioritize the work with the biggest impact to the business.

  • Confidence to communicate in a clear and concise manner using the mode (verbal, writing, or video) that is appropriate for the topic and audience.

  • Ability to champion ideas and projects across the organization, building influence to drive team members towards the common objective of growing sales revenue in their channel and region. 

  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience.

  • 5+ years working in marketing for a B2B organization; video collaboration marketing experience preferred.

Functional fluency in Salesforce and related marketing tools (such as, but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite including video editing capabilities, PRM, etc.) is preferred.
