The Role:

The Logitech Privacy Team is hiring a Privacy Program Analyst for its European Privacy Office based in Cork, Ireland. You would work directly with the European Privacy Lead who is based in Cork  and the Head of Privacy who is based in California. We offer the opportunity to develop yourself in a fast-paced environment that focuses on delivering fantastic hardware and software to our customers all over the world.  As we have offices in locations across the US, Asia and Europe you will be collaborating with colleagues in various offices to make sure we meet our compliance requirements globally.

Your Contribution:

  • Manage the vendor contracting process for CCPA and GDPR

  • Perform enforcement functions such as testing and monitoring external privacy notices and consents

  • Coordinate with security on vendor assessments

  • Build and administer online training materials

  • Maintain internal resource site for Privacy

  • Prepare and post news and updates to internal sites

  • Monitor sensitive third parties that may use data such as those within sales and marketing

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Law, Business, Management etc.)

  • 2+ years of experience in auditing, consulting, legal, or program management environments

  • Experience coordinating programmes across privacy and security departments

  • Experience with data supply chain management 

  • Experience negotiating contracts with third parties 

In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:

  • Ability to multitask effortlessly and manage competing priorities under demanding deadlines.

  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, manage projects and drive/achieve results, while working with minimal direction.

  • Good communication skills and attention to detail 

  • Experience in working on privacy or data protection related projects

  • Be willing to learn about privacy and data protection
