Global Social Media: Analytics and Reporting Specialist
As the Social Media Analytics and Reporting Specialist for Logitech, you will be a part of the nimble and evolving global social media team. The role is a vital player in the communications organization providing analysis and reporting for social media across all platforms and multiple brands, understanding and analyzing consumer behavior. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for data and be able to translate metrics into actionable insights and recommendations.

You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing social data to influence our strategy across content, media, influencer, and community management. You will be responsible for reporting and insights for multiple brands for real-time needs, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually. In addition, you'll be directly managing the social tools we use globally for making sure we are able to get the data we need.
This role reports directly to the Head of Global Social but works closely with the Global Communications team, agencies and other key partners from around the world.
Serve as the expert for the team in regards to social data and tools
Gather data and identify insights for digital/social media measurement reports
Create and deliver data - driven presentations, reports, and dashboards that visually represent results
Ability to weave a story around data and influence key decision makers on strategy
Develop custom reporting templates and dashboards based on business partner requirements
Provide trend analysis and reporting to identify, size and scope potential risks, vulnerabilities, etc that may lead to adverse digital and social media exposure
Monitor and stay current on trends in social media tools, trends and applications, testing new ideas and platforms and measure results
Assist in training and mentoring new team members how to properly use social tools
Actively follow key competitors in order to provide updates to brands in weekly and monthly reports.

You are a social media native. You stay a step of ahead of social media trends, and relish adapting to and leveraging every algorithmic shift the platforms throw your way. You love numbers and taking the data and putting it into a digestible format for those who don't speak in those terms. And you thrive in a creative, collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
BA degree in Analytics, Data Science, Marketing, Advertising or a related discipline
2-4 years of experience in social media monitoring, insight and data analysis
Experience working with enterprise social media monitoring tools (Sprinklr, Crimson Hexagon, Tableau, etc.)
A self-professed numbers geek - able to sift through unstructured data and make sense of it all in a fast-paced, ever evolving environment
Self-directed and resourceful to work independently with minimal supervision
Track record of being an innovative thinker, collaborative team player and strong communicator
Experience analyzing and understanding social media landscape (including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube)
Analytical eye for connecting social media community metrics to business objectives
Prior experience in Consumer Products a plus
