The role:

We are looking for our new Senior Communications Specialist for EMEA & Asia Pacific (AP).

This exciting and challenging full time job is based in Lausanne. Your role will be to support the EMEA and AP marketing team in creating awareness and engagement for Logitech leveraging traditional PR, influencer relations and Social Media.


The position reports to the EMEA and AP Head of Consumer Communications as part of the Global Communications team. You will be interacting with our global and regional teams, our in-country marketing colleagues and our network of communications agencies.

The role involves:

Managing communications for Logitech’s Blue Microphones brand (50%):

  • Guiding Blue Microphone’s communications strategy and KPIs for EMEA and AP in line with the global strategy and leveraging PR, Social Media and Influencers

  • Coordinating product launches and developing creative momentum activities 

  • Building a strategic and effective influencer program

  • Advising on Blue Microphone’s social media strategy

  • Supporting the local teams in ensuring excellence of execution of their communications activities 

  • Coordinating the network of Blue Microphones communications agencies

  • Compiling reporting

Supporting the EMEA and AP communications network (50%):

You will help the team manage the communications execution in the countries with a specific attention on reporting, best practices sharing and training:

  • Ensuring excellence of PR, Social and Influencer activities reporting in all key markets 

  • Onboarding, training and ensuring high adoption rate of our social media management tool  (Sprinklr)

  • Driving implementation of global Instagram strategy across the region 

  • Preparing and sharing of best practices and communications guidelines

  • Compiling weekly highlights 

  • Onboarding new agencies and local team members


The successful candidate:

  • A proven record in the implementation of successful communication campaigns

  • An interest for streaming and gaming

  • An in depth understanding of Social Media management and a good knowledge of Digital Marketing concepts with past experience managing social presence for lifestyle brands

  • Experience in developing and executing proactive and effective influencer engagement programs

  • A creative mind with excellent verbal and non-verbal communications skills

  • Tested ability to provide council and direction

  • Experience managing PR and Social Media agencies to drive measurable KPIs and results

  • Fluent in English. Knowledge of other European languages such as French and German will be a strong asset

Experience and education:

  • Minimum 4--5 years experience doing influencer relations, PR and Social media in-house or in agency

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Communications.
