Senior Program Manager, Global Supply Chain
The Senior Program Manager is responsible to lead cross functional teams that deliver large global supply chain projects. These are part of a multi year transformation program that we have recently embarked on. The role sits in the global program management team that reports into the VP of Supply Chain Management.

Manage all aspects of project engagement from planning, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues.
Obtain excellent understanding of projects benefits and develop budgets.
Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership; celebrate success.
Facilitate discussions about project sequence and priorities in a way that lead to clear decision and commitment.
Ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the corporate and supply chain goals and objectives. propose next steps in the supply chain transformation program where needed.
Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project teams.

You have experience in successfully leading projects to on-time, on-schedule and within budget close.
You demonstrate decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions and identifying priorities.
You can influence and gain buy-in at all levels in the organization; from executives sponsors, team members, stakeholders and peers.
You know how to work with project management tools like CA Clarity PPM, Asana, Monday.com.
In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:
Experience in multiple project management methodologies (CCPM, scrum, agile etc).
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain management.
Project management certification (PMI, Prince, other).
