The Role:

The E-commerce Marketing Specialist for Gaming will report directly to the Head of E-commerce DACH and will be in charge of the development of the Amazon account by driving quarterly & yearly marketing & sales plans.

In this role you will be in charge of the strategic development of Sales & Marketing activities for the Logitech Amazon business. You will also manage the implementation & tracking of online sales and marketing plans. This means in detail:

  • Develop the Amazon channel by executing comprehensive marketing campaigns to drive conversion.

  • Work closely with the Europe Category Manager for Gaming and Country Lead to build successful marketing plans which ensure the achievement of business goals and reflect the priorities of the business.

  • Define, manage and monitor investments, control the ROI (return on investment), success parameters and supply chain KPIs

  • Develop quarterly & yearly consumer marketing plans amplified through the cooperation with E-sports teams, game publishers and influencers. 

  • Manage the successful implementation of marketing plans within the defined budgets & timelines.

  • Track deployed campaigns and facilitate customization of execution to achieve business goals.

  • Implement and manage creative campaigns and market launches in close collaboration with the team (marketing, sales and social media).

  • Maximize the execution of existing products and upcoming NPIs (new-product-introduction).

  • Participate in the planning and execution of local gaming events.

  • Be an active team member to facilitate the business planning and forecasting processes.

  • Work closely with the local sales team to ensure best-in-class online execution.

  • Participate in customer meetings with key partners.

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following skills to our team:

  • Proven sales & marketing experience in e-commerce with a recognized A-brand company with an operational focus on online sales.

  • Passion for Gaming, preferably experience as a gamer.

  • Solid sales experience on relevant e-commerce platforms, especially Amazon.

  • Comprehensive understanding of the e-commerce market.

  • Enjoy developing creative content and stories to engage with customers.

  • Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO).

  • Data driven mindset and strong analytical skills.

  • Project management skills, detail oriented and highly organized.

  • Solid presentation & negotiation skills and ability to manage relationships with key partners.

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel), Google. Workspace, and basic knowledge of relevant performance marketing tools.

  • Proficiency in English and German, both written and spoken.

  • Energetic, bright, dynamic and creative.

  • Passion for high quality products, based on unique technology and design.



  •  Graduate caliber preferably in a Marketing discipline.
