The B2B Product Sales Specialist, Creativity & Productivity (C&P) is responsible for providing a point of contact and product specialist resource for Logitech’s B2B (Reseller) channel and High-Touch (Enterprise Sales) teams in the AMR region.  In this role,  you will be responsible for engaging the Account Sales Teams within the Logitech reseller channel, collaborating with End User Sales Team, and optimizing the Logitech High-Touch Video Collaboration (VC) sales team with complex C&P Pre-Sales engagements, Sales Opportunities, and help accelerate the C&P growth with B2B channel partners and Enterprise Customers by upselling and cross-selling C&P - B2B Strategically Important Products/Solutions.

In this role you will:

  • Accelerate the B2B growth of C&P products by upselling and cross selling to targeted Enterprise Customers via the Logitech “Reseller” channel partners

  • Understand and execute solution selling of Logitech C&P Portfolio to Account Solutions Sales Teams

  • Deliver presentations and product demonstrations highlighting the key advantages, features, and unique value propositions of the C&P B2B product portfolio, solutions, and service offerings

  • Develop Logitech C&P business through DMR Outside Sales Teams and Enterprise Customers, playing a supporting role to the Channel National Account Manager (NAM) through presenting Logitech C&P Solutions

  • Offload and Optimize C&P fleet sales engagements for the Logitech High-Touch VC Enterprise Sales team

  • Engage and facilitate product trials, nurturing large opportunities, and follow-up with targeted Enterprise Customers on the behalf of Logitech B2B Channel Partners

  • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of the C&P product portfolio, industry trends, and competition

  • Provide and/or conduct C&P Channel Enablement (Training), as necessary

  • Provide trade show, table top, lunch-and learn support with AMR Channel Partners and B2B trade show engagements

  • Working cooperatively and harmoniously with the existing Logitech B2B team (Channel and Enterprise) and infrastructure - learning from and leveraging resources where appropriate.  Creating your own where not

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • 5-7+ years of proven and solid sales experience working with B2B channel partners

  • Results-driven and committed to creating new opportunities in a growing business

  • Strong sales and communications skills and be technically able to conduct product demonstrations and deliver effective presentations face-to-face and virtually.

  • Bring business and related industry knowledge with a proven ability to build relationships with Channel Partners and qualify and close deals with Enterprise Customers

  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively in a joint effort to mutually drive business in a team concept

 

In addition to Customer facing activities above, the B2B Product Specialist Overlay, Creativity & Productivity (C&P) is also responsible for internal Logitech activities:

  • Acting as primary Go-To expert for Account and Logitech Account CAMs for the C&P category

  • Collaboration with Logitech C&P Business Group

  • Collaboration with Logitech B2B Channel Marketing and Global Brand Equity teams

In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:

  • Willingness to travel for internal training, sales meetings, and Customer events (30%)

  • Strong and extensive professional Social Networking presence

  • High Degree of persistence and follow through

  • Flexibility of scheduling, adjusting to changing business needs

Education:

  • BA/BS or equivalent

  • Formal Sales and/or Presentation skills training is heavily preferred

  • Technical Certifications are preferred
