Global Head of Workplace Experience
Logitech is in the process of reimagining its Future Ways of Work and transforming it into a hybrid environment and is looking for an experienced leader to develop and implement a strategy to bring our vision to life. As the VP, Global Workplace Experience (GWE), you will be leading the global workplace organization including all areas of facility management, Real Estate and digital services.
As a global leader, you will advise Logitech’s executive leadership, BG leaders, and key Corporate Functions to create an engaging and productive workplace experience for our employees around the world.
The Global Workplace organization at Logitech provides all corporate real estate functions
and aspires to deliver a workplace experience at each Logitech site that will attract, retain, enable and inspire Logitech’s employees. Our global portfolio includes 80 sites equaling to more than 1.7 million square feet and supports more than 7,000 employees.
Global Workplace Experience is a worldwide team of approximately 40 professionals within GWE whose role is to support and protect Logitech’s people and physical assets through the delivery of world-class on-site solutions and services. The team is composed of regionally organized Real Estate Delivery and Business Support managers, an Environmental Health and Safety program and a team charged with management of GWE’s strategic third-party suppliers and contingent workers. The team’s key stakeholders include Logitech Country Managing Directors, Logitech site leaders and Logitech site employees.

As the VP, Global Workplace Experience (GWE), you will be leading the global organization, including all areas of facility management, real estate, health & safety and digital services and responsible for its overall performance.

The specific responsibilities of the Vice President, GWE, include:
Enable Logitech to complete its transformation to hybrid workplace as well as securing buy-in from internal stakeholders
Serve as the principal change agent to drive workplace transformation and adoption of new ways of working in close collaboration with People & Culture
Lead the development and implementation of the global Logitech workplace strategy and plan, with the goal of creating the best experience for our employees
Deliver best-in-class workplace services, balancing cost and needs and expectations from the business to create a dynamic and flexible workplace
Implement and maintain on-site programs that enhance the workplace experience of Logitech employees
Improve GWE services’ quality and optimize its delivery
Is accountable for a worldwide operational budget and the implementation of Logitech’s long term real estate plans
Manage the delivery of on-site services, including facilities management and physical security, through third-party suppliers
Oversee Logitech’s compliance with all applicable environmental health and safety laws and regulations
Support Logitech’s social responsibility and sustainability programs
Grow and develop the existing global workplace organization with the capabilities, skills and behaviors needed to deliver on strategic goals
Lead a cross-functional team responsible for the end-to-end management of the workplace lifecycle, including occupancy / space management, facilities management, Real Estate and capital projects
Oversee operations required to support the Logitech office portfolio , including financial analysis and business planning, data and reporting ecosystems and key performance metrics
Develop and fosters strong, productive working relationships with GWE’s other organizational leads and collaborates with them to ensure that GWE delivers as one integrated team
Manages, empowers and coaches direct reports and others in the organization and supports the professional growth and career progression of Workplace Services employees within Logitech s high performance culture
Provides thought leadership, acts as a role model and fosters a diverse and inclusive work environment
Bring industry leading practices and data informed recommendations to Logitech’s’ executive leadership and drive decision-making
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (i.e., People & Culture, Finance, Communications, IT and other corporate functions) to facilitate the planning and delivery of an integrated experience across all touchpoints
Understand the unique needs of each Business Group and geography; balance consistent workplace strategy with business needs and our culture
Advance and manage a process of gathering employee sentiment / feedback to continuously evolve the workplace program
Consults regularly with company executives and site leaders around the world on a wide range of issues relative to real estate services, treating those individuals as valued customers
Develops and fosters strong, productive working relationships with senior leaders of strategic suppliers of services to GWE to improve service delivery and resolve operational issues
15+ years of progressive corporate and/or consulting experience in the areas of Workplace Management, Corporate Real Estate, Employee Experience, Human Resources or other Shared Services
Strong relationship builder and consensus-driver; demonstrated ability to successfully engage and influence executive leadership and stakeholders to drive decision making
Ability to translate business challenges and objectives to workplace and real estate strategies
Experience collaborating with other internal partners (e.g., People & Culture, IT , Communications, etc.) to develop and implement cross-functional workplace experience strategies
Experience navigating complex situations and managing multiple stakeholders with diverse priorities to achieve consensus
Experience in developing successful and profitable strategies and implementing vision
Experience managing a global workplace portfolio and overseeing a dispersed, matrixed and cross-functional team
Results-driven, with a focus on turning strategies into actionable plans and managing effective delivery / implementation
Strong people management skills, with an understanding of how to mentor and build talent within an organization
Passion for creating inclusive environments and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
Deep understanding of workplace and real estate fundamentals and knowledge of leading practices and trends
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to engage at all levels within an international organization
Demonstrated ability to think about business problems in new ways and clarify key issues in complex situations
Degree Educated (Business Administration and/or Corporate Real Estate)
Technical certifications such as MRICS and/or MCR and CFM are a plus
