OneStream and Hyperion - Support Specialist

The Role:
We are looking for a Support Specialist
Your Contribution:
In this role you will:
Develop, support and manage the Essbase, DRM & Onestream Applications
Proactively build working relationships with the user community to deliver, maintain and enhance application functionality.
Develop and modify custom dashboards according to the Users’/Business requirements
Develop test scenarios, test scripts for Application enhancements and acceptance testing.
Communicate, Coordinate and assist with solving Application issues for the Business users and Development teams
Identify areas within the Onestream applications where we can enhance and automate various system processes
Monitor production environment and processes to ensure adherence to SLAs
Monitor ticket queues and assign tickets to the responsible teams and coordinate / resolve tickets on a timely basis
Perform RCA and fix production tickets
Manage and maintain all the job schedules and scripts across all environments
Manage code migration to QA environment
Maintain working relationships with DBOps and SysOps teams to escalate and work on issues on a timely basis
Document and maintain current documentation on system processes, data flows and code
Understand and adhere to ITGC and SOX controls established for the team
Work in shifts as required to provide coverage in respective time zones
Key Qualifications:
Bachelors in Engineering
Minimum of 1 year of EPM experience (Fresh Engineering graduates from exceptional Universities will be considered in lieu of work experience)
Knowledge of / Experience in Onestream Solutions is a big plus
Proficient in VB and Powershell scripting and knowledge of Windows .Net architecture
Knowledge of Cloud architectures and new technologies is a plus
Should have knowledge on Essbase (ASO & BSO) cube analysis, design and maintenance
Hands on Experience with Sql and relational databases, shell scripting and MAXL, Windows and Unix Operating Systems
Experience in Reconciliation and data analysis across the Consolidation, Planning, etc.,
Should understand finance processes and data flows
Knowledge of application testing process
Knowledge of technical infrastructures, hardware and network environments
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft office products
