Lead Channels - Fast Expanding Markets
As the Lead of Channels Fast Expanding Markets (Middle East, Italy, Africa, Greece, Israel, Russia and Central Eastern Europe) Video Collaboration, you are an ambitious, driven business leader who is seeking to join the channel leadership team of a Video Collaboration business and drive revenue growth in our emerging markets. You will be part of a team responsible for further developing the channel business support of the Video Collaboration business goals across commercial channels. You will help build sell-in / sell-out programs, partner strategy including business development, program analysis, internal reporting, and responsible for partner fund tracking for your markets.
You will have direct responsibility for communicating risks, opportunities, and activities through weekly, monthly and quarterly process and business management systems and contribute to the development of budgets, track effectiveness of programs and drive initiatives to improve profits, market share and partner focus. This role will act as an interface with finance, operations and sales leadership to lead the communication of initiatives and strategies that drive growth for the video collaboration business for our fast expanding markets.
You will lead a team of experienced Channel Account Managers across our fast expanding markets. This position reports to the Head of Channel EMEA Video Collaboration and is accountable for the health and commercial performance of Logitech’s Channel Partners across our fast expanding markets.
Location: You will need to be based in one of our markets, and ideally in Europe.

Hold responsibility for forecasting, reporting, joint business plans, channel sales, and customer satisfaction in the channel for your markets.
Implement a comprehensive strategy that maximizes Logitech’s video collaboration opportunities in the channel.
Be a strong manager and role model for our Channel Account Managers.
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team.
Prior channel program management, product management, sales or product marketing experience and a willingness to actively contribute to new initiatives as we build up our business.
An entrepreneurial mindset, hands on, highly motivated and driven self-starter with a history of achievement in personal and work goals.
8+ years direct people management experience, ability to recruit, motivate, enable and develop talent across our fast expanding markets.
8+ years of related experience in channel sales, operations, partnerships, and BD, particularly in IT or UCC, with a proven track record of success growing businesses.
5+ years leading or running an operating unit.
Experience within highly ambitious sales/growth/operations environments.
Strong strategic instincts, negotiating skills, and analytical rigor.
Excellent relationship-building and maintenance skills with partners internal and external.
Empathy for your target customer and your co-workers.
A working knowledge of the video collaboration industry and familiarity.
A working knowledge of industry practices, competitive products and research data.
Understanding of market trends, assumptions and practices and policies.
