The MX team at Logitech is responsible for advanced mice and keyboards and is looking for support in the activities related to product innovation and product management
You will be supporting the head of MX product management, in the development of new advanced mice and keyboards, doing research, innovation and user tests, leading to a better understanding of the end-users, their needs and aspirations. This will help the team improve the design and user experience of current projects and take better decisions on new potential products.
You'll be part of the MX team at Logitech and work with Product Managers, Designers, Engineering and Business leaders, and be a contributor to the evolution of Logitech’s most advanced mice and keyboards for creativity and productivity: The MX Master Series.
In this role, you will
Support product managers in the development of advanced mice and keyboards
Participate in ideation sessions, identify creative ways to answer end-user needs
Gather user feedback from multiple sources (user tests, Amazon, NPS database) to represent the consumer point of view in projects
Gather information on new trends, and competition to help inform future developments
Organize internal and external user tests for various products and prototypes
Learn to work in close collaboration with designers, engineers and business leaders.

At ease with user tests and qualitative consumer research
Ability to integrate diverse point of views, and synthesize information in a presentation
Ability to express ideas via sketches, images, presentations, videos, etc
Strong ability to express ideas both visually and orally
A degree in innovation management, product management, user experience, industrial, or interaction design
Strong written and oral communication skills in English (French as a plus).
