We are looking for someone to support Logitech’s EMEA business in cultivating an inclusive and psychologically safe culture and promoting diversity. Bringing the DEI message to life requires you to be a manager of ideas, consumer insights, relationships, timelines and budgets. We make an impact on both the culture and the business. The result? An inclusive culture which is a competitive advantage. 

As a DEI EMEA Lead you will manage the development and execution of both A) a global inclusive habits and behaviours program, and B) a global disability inclusion strategy - that speaks to internal and external audiences. You will report on the outcomes of your work and strive to provide transparency and accountability for all of these initiatives. 

You’ll Be Working On:

  • Deliver Logitech DEI strategic learning / development programs

    • Psychological Safety and Inclusive behaviours

    • Identifying and executing inclusion metrics within Logitech

    • Roll-out / management of a Logitech Equality Ally program and Courageous Conversations series 

  • As a subject matter expert in Disability inclusion, creating more visibility on diversity at Logitech both internally and externally

  • Normalizing the dialogue on diversity to further highlight why it’s important and why it matters to Logitech and our mission

  • Within the EMEA region, coordinating the work of various internal teams to execute the DEI strategy 

  • Partnering with senior leadership to build strong relationships and gain support

  • Developing, enhancing, and maintaining relationships with current and new diversity-related organizations working in the tech industry

  • Monitoring data trends and creating management reporting 

  • Management and support of the organization's Employee Resource Groups 


Person specification / qualifications:

  • Proven experience and longstanding commitment working in diversity, equity and inclusion

  • Subject matter expert with Disability Inclusion / ‘persons with a disability’ and inclusive behaviour methodologies 

  • Advanced program/ project management skills-  be able to drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment 

  • Be well knowledged in EMEA data & privacy laws

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in ambiguity

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate metrics, research, and trends into stories and content to be shared internally and externally

  • Have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to be diplomatic and have discretion in dealings with others, and a high degree of professionalism, tact, initiative, and diplomacy 

  • The ability to see dependencies and links between various initiatives 

  • Have a demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders
