 The Role:

We are looking for a great Amazon dedicated Category Manager who is passionate about eCommerce and who can express his/her strong (digital) marketing knowledge and relevant commercial skills to impact Logitech business in cooperation with internal and external partners.

You will be part of Amazon Central EAMEA team that leads the development of our Amazon business across the region. You will report into Amazon Head. 

In this role, you will leverage the regional category strategy together with Amazon analytics to design and deliver (internally and externally) best in class customised Amazon marketing plans that grow profitably sell-out for Logitech.

Define the brand strategy based on Amazon analytics 

  • Develop a full understanding of Amazon marketing ecosystem (media placements, social media, search, etc.), tools and key levers to activate them.

  • Dig into relevant shopper insights to fine-tune the adaptation of  our categories’ strategy.

  • Analyze data (from shoppers, categories, promotional activities, competition angles) to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Exploit and monitor key KPI’s (sales, share, traffic, share of visibility, conversion etc.).

  • Engage with regional categories heads and local Amazon teams to align your strategy.  

Design action plans to drive profitable growth

  • Turn insights into customised action plans for Amazon based on analytics, including business sufficiency to develop profitably Logitech business. This includes full category approaches, best in class new products launch, fit for use toolkits, efficient promotional plans, content, SEO, segmentation and navigation optimisation.

  • Align these action plans with key stakeholders regionally & locally (e.g. KAM).

  • Externalize these plans with Amazon and get their buy-in to implement.

  • Define or refine KPIs to measure success.

  • Leverage and coordinate best practices share and reapply locally and with regional partners.

  • Look continuously for opportunities to open up further business potential with Amazon.

  • Work on improving/creating processes to gain efficiency.

Execute with excellence

  • Coordinate action plan execution with anticipation across all stakeholders internally and externally (own the relationship with Amazon Retail and Advertising).

  • Provide easy to use toolkits (concept sells, categories stories, content, search and SEO optimisation tools….)  to ensure seamless execution.

  • Monitor on a daily basis your KPIs for  successful implementation and fast corrective actions.

  • Communicate effectively and clearly to all key stakeholders (internally/externally). 

  • Systematically provide post mortems analysis to sharpen your understanding of improvements areas.

Your Skills:

For consideration, you must bring the following skills and behaviors to our team:

Must have

  • The ideal candidate will have strong (min. 6 years) experience in Digital marketing, gained from working on eCommerce platforms (e.g Amazon) AND for brands.

  • Advanced in data-driven digital marketing & media programs, familiar with major E-Retailer platforms, demonstrated expertise in traffic acquisition (search, display, SEO) and conversion optimization.

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking combined with mastery of supporting tools such as Microsoft Office and/or Google suite.

  • Proactive, energetic, self-starter with hands-on approach to the business and results oriented.

  • Project management skills: ability to  coordinate and manage various topics and complexity.

  • Highly collaborative and good communication skills.

  • Experience in matrix organization.

  • Full fluency in English and French are a must.

  • Ownership & accountability, solution-driven.

Nice to have

  • 2 years in sales experience (account management) with basics negotiation skills.

  • Experience of Amazon operating model (inc. Advertising).

  • Experience in Consumer Electronics.

  • German language.

  • UX/CX experience.
