To do so, we need an experienced Consumer Engagement Manager to lead global initiatives for one of our most strategic businesses, the MX Master Series. This newly created key role will forge deeper connections and long-term relationships with our "advanced user" consumer communities. We value co-creation in our innovation process, and if successful you will facilitate this two-way communication, in addition to advocating Logitech’s products and experiences.   • Partner with design to inform and in turn determine consumer engagement goals, strategies, and programs

  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships to leverage existing communities and key events

  • Collaborate with Logitech’s creative team, global communications, and regional digital marketing teams to create and cross-utilize high-impact internal and user-created content

  • Work with CRM and customer care teams as well as social media agencies to elevate consumer interaction

  • Analyze, evaluate and report audience engagement metrics

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in consumer marketing and /or community management

  • Proven success in building communities from scratch; online, focus groups, events etc

  • Excellent English communication  (written and verbal)

  • Deep knowledge of social media platforms, analytical tools and a data driven approach to using them 

  • A genuine interest in technology

  • Active listening skills

  • True people connector, unfazed by ambiguity and adaptable personality


  • Degree in marketing, communications, PR or digital marketing
