Position at Logitech

 The Role:

Transparency Code implementation support. In this role you will support the on-boarding of suppliers into the transparency code program that Logitech is rolling out with their entire supplier base.

  • ASIN registration submission & communication
  • Transparency registration & communication
  • ECO approval, required elements checking, ASIN updating in Agile
  • Submit sticker request for all FG suppliers to the sticker vendor before automation system ready
  • Logistic communication for all shipments with all FG suppliers
  • Stickers receiving & inspection
  • Re-invoice & packing list creation
  • Re-pack & shipment arrangement & communication with UPS/ Import team of FG suppliers or local delivery pick-up vendor
  • T-code data transmission
  • T-code PO submission
  • T-code & sticker payment process
  • FIN reclassification data preparation
  • Sticker vendor & FG suppliers' performance checking
  • Writing the worldwide procedure 

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • resolve routine issues based on defined policies and procedures

  • organizes and completes structured assignments according to stated priorities

  • up to 2 years in Supply Chain Management, Supplier management or roles similar to those

In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:

  • proficient English

  • strong organization skills with problem solving attitude

  • attention to detail

  • good communication skills verbal and written

Education:

  • bachelor degree
