Position at Logitech

The Role:
The payroll coordinator is responsible for monthly payroll process and yearly personal income tax reporting. You will also need to perform accounting close for payroll related accounts and support internal and external audits.

• Process monthly payroll for various Asia Pacific entities
• Complete yearly personal income tax reporting
• Perform monthly accounting close for payroll related accounts (e.g., book entries, prepare reconciliations and schedules)
• Support internal, statutory and tax audits and prepare required documents
• Manage absence system 
• Response to ad-hoc requests from employees and  internal business partners (e.g., Corporate Treasury Team, tax, credit and collections, FP&A, Corporate Accounting, and regional FIN)

Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
• Bachelor Degree or above in Accounting, Finance or Economics or Business Administration
• At least 3+ years of practical experience in payroll/accounting/finance field
• Solid knowledge in payroll and general accounting
• Good command of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel 
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken English
• Must be able to work in a team environment and independently in completing assigned tasks 
• Must be able to work well under time constraints and pay close attention to detail 
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks and to take both written and oral instruction

In addition, preferable skills and experience include:
• Experience in Oracle
• Experience in process payroll
• Working in multinational companies

• BA Degree in Commerce/Accounting
