From implementing new technologies and processes to redesigning business models, digital transformation involves many initiatives under a program that require detailed project planning and execution.
As a rapidly expanding global company, Logitech is in search of a Sales Modernization Project Manager to partner with business key stakeholders and IT peers to drive successful implementation of Logitech’s global sales transformation efforts that are underway and that include multiple major sub-projects supporting the Logitech-For-Business (L4B) business-to- business unit.
This role will drive efficiency and improved productivity across overall project execution globally to transform the sales experience for internal sellers, distributors and resellers.
You will have the opportunity to partner to deliver “On-Time and Complete” a sales modernization program portfolio of sales related impact projects. Your work will involve cross- functional engagement with marketing, finance, supply chain, legal, HR, IT and other functions.
This project manager role is responsible for business side efforts in connection with your IT peer in planning, organizing, and overseeing the execution of a project from start to finish, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and according to the defined scope, by managing resources, coordinating teams, mitigating risks, and communicating effectively with stakeholders
to achieve project goals.The output of your work is full transparency to key business stakeholders on what’s planned,what’s underway and what’s next on all project deliverables. The role will provide timely alerts to key milestone achievements and risk mitigation plans to ensure success of the sales modernization transformation program.
Location:
We are proud to support remote/hybrid work culture. This is a full-time remote global role, based in the United States, that will require working across global time zones.

Key responsibilities in partnership with business and IT peers include:
Project initiation:
Defining project goals, scope, and deliverables, creating a project charter, and identifying stakeholders.
Planning and scheduling:
Developing a detailed project plan, assigning tasks, estimating timelines, and managing dependencies.
Resource allocation:
Identifying and assigning necessary resources (personnel, budget, equipment) to project tasks.
Risk management:
Identifying potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and monitoring for emerging issues.
Team leadership:
Motivating and guiding the project team, resolving conflicts, and fostering collaboration.
Budget control:
Tracking project expenses, managing costs, and identifying areas for cost optimization.
Quality assurance:
Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and specifications.
Communication management:
Regularly updating stakeholders on project progress, addressing concerns, and providing clear reports.
Monitoring and control:
Tracking project performance against the plan, making necessary adjustments, and reporting deviations.
Project closure:
Completing project documentation, conducting post-project reviews, and evaluating project success.
Skills required are:
Leadership and communication skills:Ability to effectively lead teams, facilitate discussions, and clearly communicate project updates.
Analytical and problem-solving skills:Identifying issues, evaluating options, and finding solutions to complex challenges.
Organizational skills:Managing multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively, and maintaining project structure.
Technical expertise:Understanding relevant project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile and project planning using ASANA).
Adaptability and flexibility: Responding to changing project requirements and unforeseen circumstances.
Ability to work under high time pressure.
Stakeholder management:
Building relationships and managing expectations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in operations management.
Hands on experience using ASANA project planning software.
Worked in a Google Suite environment.
5+ years relevant experience in a similar role supporting major global transformation efforts.
Project management PMP certification

This position offers an annual base salary typically between $ 80,000 and $ 150,000. In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.
