Position at Logitech

  • Manage the Critical quality issues at the 3PL DC and MFG suppliers, such as Stop ship, Ship hold and related activities from the beginning to the end, including but not limited to: internal/external notifications and communications, system and process controls, incoming shipments & on hand inventory segregations and disty channel / field return co-ordinations;
  • Implement and supervise the Logitech quality procedure, work instructions and quality manuals at our current and new 3PL DC and MFG partners;
  • Contribute to the improvement and optimization of Logitech quality processes, work instructions and quality manuals at our 3PL DC and MFG partners;
  • Provide training and guidance to the 3PL and MFG partners on Quality related processes and operations management, Problem solving tools, Audits, Incoming / Outgoing Quality controls, etc.
  • Initiate and follow up on corrective and preventive actions when shortcoming are detected and drive the sustainable enhancement upstream with the use of global quality platforms;
  • Provide quality technical support in the event of product inspection/sorting/rework at the 3PL DC and MFG partners;
  • Maintain the Quality quarantine stock control (In/Out, Material review board, Return to Vendor, etc);
  • Acquire and maintain technical skills to test products and to train 3PL DC and MFG partners on how to perform product testing and perform Failure Analysis on defective field returns;
  • Participate in various Sustainability initiatives in the region (like refurbishment, recovery, spare parts, etc)
  • Participate in new supplier selection, SOW, onboarding and quality score card development;
  • Maintain and enhance the collaboration with internal business partners and stakeholders (like SC, Sales, CX, BG PQA, ENG, etc)
  • 25% Traveling (mainly within the country and the continent) – easy access to US and other LAT countries is required
