B2B Key Account Manager Iberia
Logitech is expanding its B2B and Enterprise functions, aligned to core-category developments and increased end-user opportunities within Video Collaboration. The combination of innovation in our core proposition - tailored to the Enterprise channel, cloud-based services and 'huddle-room' VC deployment places Logitech in a unique position with our Channel Partners and End-Users.
We are looking to recruit a special individual for the role of B2B Account Manager, to join our Spain team. You will be responsible for driving the growth of our Business to Business division with end-to-end ownership of specific accounts and shared team objectives.
The Account Manager B2B function is to determine and drive Logitech’s business and growth with current and potential resellers, value-add resellers, system integrators and direct market resellers. Part of the role is to identify and work with relationships locally with our alliance partners.

Be accountable for the performance of Key Accounts and distributors, achieving assigned targets for strategic objectives.
Identify and onboard new accounts to drive expansion in the B2B channel.
Lead a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
Define the business requirement working with key stakeholders.
Understand the current process and process gaps.
Own, drive, develop the demand process with input from Category and Marketing Managers.
Forecast and plan business together with partners.
Secure that needed inventory levels are kept.
Manage Backlog, and address potential risks and opportunities.
Build a strong business relationship with Partner.
Plan product launch execution.
Internal stakeholders: KAMs, Marketing, Europe Management, Supply Chain, and Nordics Management.
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
Strong ability to manage multiple brands, products, and customers at the same time.
Outstanding presentation skills.
Sales experience of 5 years in total and 3 years of B2B sales.
Mother tongue in Spanish language and fluent in English.
Proven track record in planning and execution.
Excellent Microsoft Excel or Google Sheet skills.
Commercial experience and attitude.
Analytical, structured, highly driven, and solution-oriented person.

Preferably Bachelor level degree within Sales and Marketing, or a 5 year + work experience in the IT industry.
