Key Account Manager Retail
Reporting to the Country/Cluster Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining the central relationship between Logitech and our retail accounts with the goal of increasing revenue and profitability and managing all aspects of the business.

Be accountable for the performance of the relationship with the account and identifying and driving growth revenue opportunities and coordinating local activities with Country Managers and key internal stakeholders.
Responsible for yearly agreements and contracts and ensuring that processes are seamless and conform to contractual agreements for respective location.
Achieve assigned targets against strategic objectives in revenue, profitability, forecast accuracy, trend analysis, financial planning and digital marketing.
Lead a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
Develop the business by playing a lead role in executing on business development opportunities and build strong relationships at a senior level within Amazon.
Successfully introduce and implement new product categories and key-Initiatives.
Drive/Coordinate Marketing campaigns with the accounts.
Set up a quarterly key metrics activity plan as well as an execution plan.
Monitor and manage execution of the activities by measuring and reporting on activities and campaign results controlling ROI and success parameters.
Work with key internal stakeholders, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
Proactively assess, clarify and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.

Extensive work experience with a Track record within the area of Account Management in consumer electronics or FMCG.
Fluency in English and Spanish languages.
Analytic, structured, highly driven and solution-oriented person.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbally and written.

Strong analytical skills.
Good financial knowledge.
Knowledge of all marketing tools.
Excellent negotiation skills.
