The Role:

The Etail Consumer Marketing Specialist Gaming will report directly to the Key Account Manager and will be in charge of the development of online accounts (focused Amazon) by driving quarterly & yearly marketing plans.

In this role you will be in charge of strategic support for online sales & marketing aligned with the local and Central Europe priorities on Etail. Implementation & ROI tracking of the online sales and marketing plans. This means in detail:

  •  Work closely with the C&S Europe Category Portfolio Manager Gaming and Country Lead to build an efficient cluster marketing plan that ensures achievement of the business goals in Gaming and reflects the priorities of the business.
  • Develop quarterly & yearly consumer marketing plans for our high-quality peripherals which is amplified through cooperation with eSport teams, game publishers, influencers and trade partners.

  • Focus online growth channels and integrated marketing approach to drive conversion.

  • Work closely with Category Manager Gaming to create an efficient cluster sales plan that will ensure the achievement of business goals.

  • Define, manage and control investments for partners, control the relevant ROI (return on investment), success parameters, supply chain and performance.

  • Be an active team member in terms of business planning and forecasting processes.

  • Manage the successful implementation of the plan within the defined budgets & timelines.

  • Track the deployed campaigns and facilitate customization of execution to achieve business goals.

  • Maximise and ensure great execution of existing products and upcoming NPI’s.

  • Implement and manage pre-launch creative campaigns, market launch and impulse communication in close collaboration with the team (marketing, PR and social media).

  • Responsible for planning and control of marketing investments (JMF & OPEX funds).

  • Work closely with the local sales force to ensure best-in-class execution online.

  • Partner with local sales force to build marketing plans with channel partners.

  • Participate in active customer meetings with key customers in the country.

  • Participate in planning and execution of local Gaming events.

  • Share best practices within Central & Southern Europe.

  • Work with the local account managers to define the marketing activities required for each priority account plan.

  • Work with the Central Europe Category Portfolio Manager Gaming to formulate Gaming marketing plans in detail.

  • Work closely with local account managers and other functions (Category Leaders, Finance, Supply, Trade Marketing) to achieve high-quality online execution.

  • Attend active customer meetings with key customers in the country.

  • Define account specific KPIs.

Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following skills to our team:

  • 3-4+ years sales & marketing experience in IT or FMCG environment with a recognized.
    A-brand company with operational knowledge of online sales channel.
    We may also consider candidates from other sectors if those sectors are focused on sell-through activity.

  • Passion for Gaming, preferably experience as a Gamer.

  • Solid sales experience on the relevant e-commerce platforms, especially Amazon.

  • Strong understanding of optimization of search results to increase the range of analysis and implementation (SEO).

  • Have a clear understanding and proven experience of PR and social media management.

  • Enjoy developing creative content and stories to engage strongly with media, communities and influencers.

  • Strong marketing planning experience.

  • Comprehensive understanding of the online market.

  • Strong project management skills, detail oriented and highly organized.

  • Strong Fluent English (written & spoken).

  • Solid presentation & negotiation skills and ability to manage relationships with key retail partners.

  • Rounded Marketing skills and constantly wanting to develop and learn.

  • Energetic, bright, dynamic and creative.

  • Passion for high quality products, based on unique technology and design.



  • Graduate caliber preferably in a Marketing discipline.
