The Role
The Senior Procurement Analyst assists the Procurement function in interacting with
logistics partners, designing and maintaining processes/tools for the Logistics Category.
The selected candidate will work with internal and external business partners to drive
business decisions across stakeholder teams.


The Senior Procurement Analyst is responsible for projects and tenders within the Logistics
Category and/or specific freight categories, working cross-functionally within the Supply
Chain department to optimize value.

Your contribution
● Conduct Procurement analytics tasks such as spend analytics, cost optimization,
should cost, forward looking prices, total cost of ownership
● Collect and maintain market information
● Prepare data and work cross functionally to co-ordinate the preparation of logistic
tenders
● Lead some freight tenders
● Be the interface between Logitech and logistics suppliers
● Negotiate specific terms and conditions with vendors
● Train suppliers and Logitech personnel on the tender tools and processes
● Support regular cost reviews with data to determine the best forward outlook based
on historical trends, forecasted events, benchmark information and data analysis
● Report regularly on key deliverables and project status
● Drive stakeholder alignment around expectations and requirements
● Advise and challenge management to optimize the global supply chain set-up
● Support and Lead various projects related the supply chain footprint/infrastructure
and supply chain model

Qualifications:
 Academic degree in Business Administration/ Logistics
 Minimum 5 years’ experience in a freight procurement analyst role within a global
environment
 Experience in North America domestic freight and small parcel freight
 Strong analytical skills coupled with a hands-on and flexible approach
 MS Excel wizard, strong ability to analyze and interpret data, Tableau knowledge is a
plus
 Business savvy with some negotiation experience
 Good project management skills
 Excellent communication and influencing skills, good team player able to drive
change
 Culturally sensitive
 Curious and energetic personality
 Fluent written and spoken English, ideally complemented by fluent Spanish

 Able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment and work in a global matrix
organization
