We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Manager, Taiwan who knows how to deliver results while inspiring others around them.

The Talent Acquisition Manager, Taiwan will lead a full-cycle recruiting team of Talent Acquisition Partners and will be responsible of hiring top talent in Taiwan (and other countries that Logitech is present in or may expand to). You will play a key role as the thought leader to deliver and bring success across the whole organization from commercial sales and marketing, global supply chain/operations, design, engineering, accounting/finance and people and culture.

This role will report directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition, APAC. As Logitech continues to grow, you will be integral in helping the team structure and evolve our talent acquisition strategies and processes while ensuring an exceptional experience for our candidates, stakeholders, and colleagues.

  • Own the Talent Acquisition Roadmap by strategizing and deliver projects with the TA team to drive us towards innovation and best in class recruiting

  • Help develop Recruitment & Employer Branding strategies that attract diverse and qualified talent prospects from across the geography for current and future needs

  • Explore market intelligence, local knowledge, and the tools and resources that make the sourcing and recruitment process efficient and effective

  • Proactively seek opportunities to utilize talent insights to create talent acquisition strategies, understand the Talent Market and opportunities to drive innovation (remote hiring, internal mobility, skills-based hiring)

  • Deliver against a workforce plan for the organization, managing all stakeholders including the leadership team

  • Stay attuned to recruiting trends to ensure we are keeping pace with technology and evolving as the business and market evolves

  • Build and foster relationships with senior business leaders as a trusted advisor to drive talent strategy and measurable business impact

  • Delivering a Best in Class Candidate Experience

  • Oversee the entire candidate experience end to end

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience for all prospects that encounter the brand, at every stage, from screening and interviews to the hiring

  • Operate in a data-driven recruitment and integrity environment

  • Champion our aspirational hiring goals for DE&I and underrepresented groups

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • 6+ years in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting in an in-house capacity, 2+ years across multi-market, would be a plus!

  • 2+ years of leadership and people management experience

  • Seasoned in working with senior leaders and People & Culture Business Partners to determine organizational needs

  • Working knowledge of systems, Workday and Jobvite, would be awesome!

  • An inspirational leader who encourages the team to take on new challenges and exceed expectations

  • Knowledgeable about current market trends and competitive data

  • Experience with the oversight of data integrity, reporting requirements, and key accountability metrics

  • Strong business acumen, and proven talent and stakeholder management skills

  • Self-motivated, highly adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-changing and fluid environment

  • Great English oral and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Prior experience managing multi countries is a huge bonus!
