In the role of the B2B Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our B2B and Video Collaboration business and key verticals, (Government will be a plus), and report to the México  B2B Leader.

You will work with enterprise-level B2B accounts, responsible for heavy influencing and direct engagement with key decision makers and influencers in the organization. You provide clear solutions and outcomes that exceed business expectations including sourcing and securing new opportunities for our business.

This is a hybrid position, that spends time both in the office as well as on-location with customers, based in Ciudad de México

  • Accountable for the performance of Top Key Named Accounts, achieving assigned targets.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy and plan that maximizes Logitech’s B2B opportunities with end customer business including cross & up selling opportunity within customers.
  • Develop and maintain key relationships with assigned enterprise accounts and key verticals with special focus - targeting CIOs, IT and VC directors, decision makers and influencers within the account.
  • Build and maintain a network of strategic B2B and Alliance ecosystem partners that complete the customer solution.
  • Partner with Logitech’s B2B channel sales team to both fulfill end customer demand and train regional B2B and VC reseller/AV Integrators.
  • Engage with Sales and Alliance team members to uplevel the customer relationship with Microsoft, Google, Zoom, vendor teams (Alliances).
  • Maintain an accurate and updated sales funnel at all times with enough coverage to exceed quota.
  • Respond promptly to leads from various sources.
  • Provide regional and customer insights relative to market trends and competitive landscape back to product management and marketing.

                                                                                                                                       

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

  • Bilingual - fluency in Spanish & English.
  • Many years of relevant sales experience in enterprise-sized companies.
  • Aggressively hunts for new sales opportunities.
  • Prompt and professional lead follow up.
  • Ability to listen and identify customer needs and communicate a tailored B2B solution in a clear and succinct manner.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills - able to tell a compelling story with data and learnings.
  • Highly motivated team player that can work in a remote sales environment.
  • Proficient with CRM/Pipeline tools (Salesforce.com)
  • Passion to be on a team with the vision to radically change the way we communicate and connect.
