Level I2


Experience:

            3 + years Customer Service/Order Entry environment

            3 + years Oracle Order Entry, Super User Capabilities

            Experienced in EDI processes

            Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word 

            Type 40/50 wpm, Ten Key

            Operates under minimum supervision

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • ECOM & Warranty Order Account Specialist
    • Backlog mgmt / Issue resolution
    • 3PL support (XPO)
    • Reporting
    • Analytics
    • PLCM mgmt
  • Oracle pick-release operations for ECOM & Warranty
  • Daily publication and IT interface for AMR Bookship Report
  • Regular review and ownership of warranty reserve
  • EDI subject matter expert for Customer Care and ECOM orders
  • Testing and project support for Oracle changes affecting ECOM & Warranty orders

Customer Relationship:  Responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining contact with customer account manager or clients in order to facilitate a positive and productive long-term relationship. Communicates with account managers or customer with regards to any account problems and discusses customer concerns and suggestions. Focuses efforts on product feedback, enhancement, upgrades and development. Reports suggestions to and develops solutions with customer account manager, sales, order processing and customer support team.

Order Processing:  Processes customer orders or changes on orders. Handles order processing issues of a technical or product related nature. Verifies accuracy of orders and order changes and resolves order problems with customer services, 3PL partner,  or sales management. Imports and corrects EDI related orders. Performs other administrative duties as requested.

Reports:   Generate and process sales, backlog and shipment reports. Responsible for maintaining and organizing various customer files, forms, and records including customer master file and customer profiles.  Create other miscellaneous reports as needed by customer, sales or manager.
