EE Technical Manager

Creativity & Productivity (C&P) is the biggest division of Logitech, consisting of the tech devices and apps that help people be at their creative and productive best in their personal workspace. Our C&P business is a key pillar of Logitech’s future as a global brand known for great design and exceptional user experiences. 

You will be in the rapidly growing C&P team in China, and play a senior technical manager role in executing a new product pipeline in a range of segments, including human-interface devices, personal working place solutions, human-computer interaction, and other emerging technologies in China. You will be responsible for hardware development of a portfolio of products within the C&P China team, from the Strategic Front End, through product development, and into successful mass production.

You will be in close partnership with our marketing, innovation, design, architects, extended engineering organisation, program management, operation, and manufacturing to bring those products to market.

You will be based in our Suzhou office, and report to the Sr. EE leader of China.

  • Explore the hardware technical and engineering evaluation and assessment of new conception

  • Work with Business Groups to gather requirements

  • Develop hardware for C&P products

  • Partner with a cross functional team of experts in Embedded software Engineers, Mechanical engineers, Testing development engineers, Tracking Technologies, Optical, etc.

  • Validate your design, perform the engineering verification tests.

  • Problem & Failure analysis and mass production support with your technical skills.

  • Participate to innovation programs, coach colleagues

  • Engage with colleagues in a multi-site & multicultural environment (Switzerland, Taiwan)

  • Provide right level documentation with strongly synthesize and propose capability

Key Qualifications

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • Electrical engineering with EE design experience 8 years or above

  • System level thinking the performing for design and problem solving

  • Curious and explore new technology.

  • Capability to synthesize and propose. 

  • Fluent in English both written and spoken

Education

Bachelor or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline
