Manager, User Experience - Logitech G
As a Manager, User Experience - Logitech G you'll be managing a small team of designers and working with business leads, creative strategy and development to define, plan, design and test customer centric digital experiences. You'll be spending some quality time with sketch and photoshop, but you’ll also be mentoring visual and UX designers as we work to uplevel our web experiences. Day to day, your role will include:
Working closely with copywriters, strategists, product designers and business leads to help launch new products
Creating experience-oriented design solutions that fulfill strategic business objectives
Communicating your design ideas through sketches and wireframes
Promoting continual creative improvement and actively contributing to a culture of excellence
Directing all phases of creative work from wireframes through to production
Optimizing prototypes and designs through analytics and user testing
Inspiring, motivating and mentoring creative teams and serving as overall web creative lead
Assisting in creating a culture of creativity and data driven decision making
Contributing to the constant evolution of the Logitech and Logitech G brands
6+ years experience in a creative leadership role (3+ years at a digital agency)
A strong working knowledge of interaction design, user-centered experience design, visual design, and the creative process
In-depth understanding of responsive design, motion design and typography
Ability to provide clear creative direction and timely feedback to keep work on budget and schedule.
Excellent communication skills and presentation abilities
Strong ability to prioritize work and resources across pro based on short and long-term needs
Experience optimizing for conversion, SEO and accessibility standards
A sense of humor and an open and curious mind
