Position at Logitech

The Role:

This is an exciting role to help Logitech expand its portfolio and core categories into new white space channels. You will be fully responsible for developing the vision, strategies, joint business plans, strategic channel programs, and partner up internally with regions and categories to execute with excellence. You will report into the Global Head of Retail.


We are looking for profiles with at least 12-15 years Sales experience and a strong track record of growing businesses with new channel developments.

  • Define new channels development global vision and strategies.

  • Develop focused new channel roadmap and sequence for the next 5 years - both for portfolio and specific category plays (Gaming, Streamers & Creators, Personal Workspace, Music).

  • Convince potential partners with an exciting, joint vision on how Logitech can help them drive their business and deliver a better shopping experience.

  • Develop go to market model for the respective channels (pricing, supply solutions, POS solutions, joint marketing etc.).

  • Closely work with regions to implement test markets and learn from regional work already executed for potential global scaling.

  • Closely work with categories to make sure new channel choices enhance existing strategies and help build brand equity.

  • Develop, find and share best practice for global scaling.


Key Qualification:

We are looking for a special individual with a broad cross section of skills which should encompass the following skills and behaviors:

  • +12 years of Sales experience with strong focus on new business development leading to outstanding business results.

  • You should prefer building and growing teams versus maintaining what already exists.

  • Preferably, you should have carried a quota or led sales and/or channels teams in your historical experience.

  • Great ability to create exciting new channel ideas and rally the organization behind it.

  •  Strength in influencing and collaborating across regions, functions and levels.

  •  Strong analytical skills and at ease to work with data.

  • A scrappy, hands-on approach and willingness to do what is needed to support your teams and drive the business forward with speed and flexibility.

  • An innovation mindset. Be willing to always try new things, make bets, and take calculated risks.

  • Experience managing culturally and geographically diverse teams, particularly in countries throughout Europe and Asia.

  • This is a global role so a high level of travelling will be required.
