Position at Logitech

工作内容:

1.制定并推进实施所负责区域的销售战略和方案,完成区域销售和利润目标;

2.负责维护所在区域客户关系,开发新客户并达成跟进;

3.负责区域业务团队管理,线下分销,线上零售,行业渠道开拓;

4.负责日常客情关系维护,罗技产品知识及信息的培训及传递

5.掌握市场动态,熟悉市场状况;

6.日常工作汇报及反馈,协调处理各部门之间关系;

7.能够监测、搜集、整理和分析各种市场信息,及时了解和总结市场反馈,对产品给出建议,为公司提供决策建议;

                                                                                 

任职要求:

1.本科及以上学历;

2.至少10年以上销售经验,5年以上销售管理经验,有快速消费品行业从业经历者优先;

3.有地级市开发 / 互联网 / 行业销售经验,有开发新市场的拓展能力;

4..具有较强的领导能力、判断和决策能力、人际沟通协调能力、计划与执行能力;

5.优秀的市场拓展、项目协调、谈判能力,具有较强的大客户公共能力;

6..积极、主动、责任心强,能够承受压力,并接受挑战;

7..良好的沟通技巧、表达能力和学习能力,对数字敏感;

8..熟练操作office等办公软件

- Be responsible of making and promoting territory sales plan, lead the territory sales team to work out the business plan;

-Be responsible of maintaining the customer relationships of area and developing new customers;

-Be responsible of managing the territory sales team to accomplish the offline distribution, online retail and industrial channel development ;

-Be responsible of the maintenance of customer relationships, training and delivering the information of Logitech product;

-Be familiar with the market conditions;

-Be responsible of work reporting, coordinate with internal parties,

-Ability to monitor, collect, collate and analyze various market information, timely understand and summarize market feedback, give recommendations on products, and provide advice for the company;

 Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

-Bachelor degree or above ;

-More than 10 years’ sales experience, at least 5 years’ senior regional sales manager experience, experience in FMCG industry will be preferred;

- Solid channel management/development experiences in non-province capital cities;

- Strong sense of leadership, judgments, be good for decision making, communication and coordination, planning and execution;

-Good market development skills, project coordination and negotiation skills, strong sense of public relationship;

-Strong sense of initiative and responsibility, willing to take challenge and work under pressure;

-Good communication skills, quick learner, strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

- Good MS office skills
