Service Contract Specialist
Description
The Service Contract Specialist will own the operational process enabling the smooth delivery of Logitech Services to our global business customers in our Video Conferencing business line. Working closely with a range of functions including internal operation data specialists, customer services and various IT groups, this role offers a great deal of exposure to the successful experienced candidate. Ensuring customers can access the services they are entitled to and be delighted by the Logitech experience is paramount.

Be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of customer purchase orders
Manage day to day processing of Service eligibility, including data collection, validation of eligibility and interfacing with key internal and external stakeholders
Identify issues in the validation process, dealing with exceptions and identifying root cause
Propose, drive and document process creation and continuous improvement
Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
Proven experience in customer service, account management or related role preferably in a service based company
Experience within the IT services industry desirable
Be process and detail oriented with strong troubleshooting and data management skills
Strategic and critical thinker who takes initiative and ownership
Excellent communication skills both written and oral, with internal and external teams
Strong work ethic, professionalism, pride and desire for success
Excitement to develop new skills and take on new challenges
Experience in Salesforce, Tableau and Oracle Financials desirable
Strong in Excel/Google spreadsheet and database queries/management
Fluent in spoken and written English
A minimum of 3 years relevant experience
Education:
Preferably Business Analysis, BIS or related field
