Sales and Operations Planning Analyst
The Role :
Video collaboration is one of the fastest growth categories for Logitech. The Sales and Operations Planning Analyst within the Video Collaboration organization will be responsible for developing analytical tools to improve business planning and customer service. This position will use statistical and analytical tools to develop long range forecasts, end-to-end inventory optimization models and support customer engagement teams with regional product allocations. Review and publish consolidated sell-out, POS and third-party data trends to support demand planning, supply planning, component planning and S&OP reviews
Develop mid to long range forecast models by applying syndicate (industry analyst) data, lead generation and marketing initiatives/strategy
Develop upside and risk forecast models to support supply planning, sourcing and manufacturing strategic decisions
Develop end-to-end inventory optimization models based on product segmentation
Support supply planning, sourcing and S&OP teams with component risk assessment (excess/shortage/obsolescence)
Support customer engagement teams in identifying and resolving customer service issues related to product availability
Works closely, collaboratively, and efficiently with all partners & stakeholders, especially with regional demand planning, supply planning, customer engagement, sales, finance and product management/marketing teams
Is trustworthy and reliable; follows through with commitments
Engages in clear, two-way communication, listens actively and cultivates diversity of thought and perspective

Key Qualifications :
4-5 years of working experience in industry or consulting
Experience in supply chain management as a practitioner or a business analyst with experience in analysis and forecasting using syndicate/3rd party data
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent project management and cross-functional team leadership skills
Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines; able to balance short-term, urgent needs with long-term strategic initiatives
Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary, global team environment
Excellent communication, both written and verbal
Proficient in common office computer software—Advanced Excel (i.e. Macros) & PowerPoint.
Proficiency in enterprise business applications - Tableau, Salesforce, ERP and SCM planning tools
Education Qualification :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Statistics, Operations Management or related fields is preferred.
