About you: 

We are looking to hire talented individuals who are now in the course of their Bachelor studies , available to work part-time during semester time, full time during summer break. The program duration is for 24 months. 

You are inquisitive and hungry to learn, highly organised, with excellent communication skills, willing to express your ideas and eager to bring a fresh perspective. Passionate about the tech industry and with strong command of English.

In this role you will:

Work closely with Business Development team, Marketing and Finance to:

  • support on executing quarterly omnichannel plans across channels 

  • ensure timely correct budget set-up for promo sheets, POS projects and channel marketing activities

  • monitor correct budget use for promo and channel marketing initiatives by securing Proof of Performances to link for approval

Work closely with Category Marketing Department to ensure successful "New Product Introductions’’ (NPI)

  • Product planning 

  • Listings/Delistings of New/Old Products

  • Ensure onshelf dates for NPIs

Being involved into Retail Operations to

  • Support managing the Field Force in terms of Focus missions

  • Evaluation and optimization of visit planning of the Field Force

  • Consolidation of focus tasks for the Field Force depending on the internal seasonal focus themes

Your Skills:

For consideration, you must bring the following skills and behaviors to our team:

  • Current enrollment in an undergraduate  degree (Business Administration, Finance, Analytics, Computer Science or related areas)

  • Strong analytical mindset

  • Ability to understand complex operations and relations

  • Good communication skills

  • Fluent in English and German

  • Hands on mentality

  • Ability to think across departments and forward looking planning

  • Enjoy being in a fast moving global company.
