Reporting & Visualization Operations Specialist
Logitech is looking for a Reporting & Visualization Operations Specialist to support Logitech's Self-Service Reporting & Visualizations platforms.
As an R&V Operations Specialist, you will bring innovation and efficiencies to the R&V department that is accountable for business and technical reporting services. You will be responsible for delivering new and enhancing existing services by embracing automation and continual service improvement across the group. You will provide timely resolution to escalated incidents, service requests and problems.

Take ownership and manage the problem management process, conduct reviews to minimise major incidents. Hold periodical reviews of active problems.
Manage the innovation and technical pipeline and escalated problems, working to prioritise solutions from the technical backlog
Drive operational efficiencies by adopting innovation and automation across the reporting tools and underlying technologies
Hold brainstorming sessions to identify trends and carry out proactive problem management creating items for the technical pipeline
Work within a team to deliver services into production, including migrating, upgrading and decommissioning.
Help with the onboarding process and train new hires as necessary to ensure policies and procedures are followed
Provide recommendations and suggestions for improvements in any aspects relating to increased performance
Participate in the ongoing documentation of the R&V assets
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
Experience of 2-3 years of Tableau Desktop /Creator
Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE 12c) is a plus
Experience working in a comparable role in a large scale environment
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with continual demands and changing priorities
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Good social and presentation skills
High self-initiative with the ability to work well under pressure
Able to work effectively with minimal supervision
Experience working with different internal business functions (Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Business Groups, HR, etc..)
Proficient at SQL, wrangling data, and synthesizing large amounts of information
Financial knowledge is a plus
Experience with issue and project tracking through Jira is a plus
BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics or a related technical field or equivalent industry expertise.
