The Role:

The Planning Manager Role is responsible for Components Planning, the key roles are supply risks mitigation, buffer strategies, supplier engagement, continuous process improvement. We are looking for enthusiastic self-starter with a strong drive to improve existing processes and systems while working in a global organization.

  • Proactive supply risks mitigation

  • Key Liaison with factory teams and other cross functional teams

  • Engagement with key component suppliers

  • Analysis and scenarios simulation & proposal

  • Buffer strategies and management

  • Inventory Improvement

  • Last time buy components proposal & management

  • Continuous process improvement


Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • 5 years above of experience in material and planning management. 

  • With Supply Chain / Procurement background is a plus. 

  • Be fluent in English.

  • Good Microsoft Excel and Data Analytics skills, be good with numbers

  • Good teamwork, initiative and follow through

  • Experience in a global organization

  • Result oriented

In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:

  • Oracle ERP

  • Kinaxis system tool, Tableau dashboard

  • Good Powerpoint skills


  • Bachelor degree or above
