We seek a talented Art Director / Creative Director for the role of Principal Creative Strategist - Art Direction working on a range of Logitech and Logitech G product and brand campaigns. The Role
The Principal Creative Strategist - Art Direction role will lead the visual language and storytelling responsibility creating original, culturally vibrant, brand engagement: from one-off executions to complete 360-degree integrated campaigns.

As a creative leader, you will play an instrumental role leading the team and in shaping the expression of the Logitech and Logitech G brands. You will live and breathe art direction, design, marketing, gaming and pop culture, and the latest trends in advertising and technology.

You will enjoy a mid-sized company atmosphere, with a flat, collaborative culture, including direct access to Business Group teams. You will pitch less and produce more, and get a real opportunity to make an impact on both brands.

You will partner with, as well as direct, other writers and art directors and collaborate with a cross-functional team of marketers, designers, industrial designers, product leaders, technologists, business leaders—to bring big brand and product ideas to life.

Your Contribution

  • Partner with copywriting creative strategists, and collaborate and direct junior team members, to take briefs and turn them into big, original, culturally potent ideas

  • Execute and shepherd concepts from conception and executive buy-in through all stages of creative development, production and post-production—ensuring faithful execution, quality, and brand consistency all the way

  • Execute and direct work across a wide range of output, from the big integrated campaigns, to the tactical everyday deliverables

  • Collaborate with cross-functional and global team members and outside partners, building consensus, understanding, and cooperative working relationships

  • Ensure projects are completed on time, with an exceptional level of quality

  • Seek to push our creative expression and brand and our marketing practice into culturally powerful new media and non-traditional expressions

Key Qualifications

For consideration, you must demonstrate the following minimum skills and behaviors:

  • 10+ years of art direction experience at a creative agency and/or highly creative in-house team

  • Exceptional conceptual and formal art direction skills

  • Proven experience developing strategically grounded, creative ideas across digital and traditional media, for major consumer brands

  • A strong and diverse portfolio of original advertising and brand engagement work, including broadcast/video, digital and new media

  • Command of creative, production and post-production considerations across TV and video, print, photography, CG animation, digital advertising, social media and so on

  • Ability to thoughtfully and persuasively articulate creative concepts and art direction considerations to cross-functional teams

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams to scale and deliver amazing work

  • Ability to work across multiple projects and launches while keeping a cool head

  • Ability to perform well in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment

  • Expert proficiency in core creativity and productivity applications

  • Experience in consumer technology or consumer lifestyle categories critical. Experience in gaming a plus

  • Must have strong portfolio demonstrable of the above and award-winning creative excellence

  • Flexibility (within reason) to work outside normal business hours

  • Big passion, small ego


  • BA/BS degree in Fine Arts, Communication Design, Advertising or equivalent practical experience.
