The Role
Creative Director (Art Direction focused)

  • Lead visual storytelling

  • Create culturally vibrant brand engagement: from one-off execution to complete 360-degree integrated campaigns

As a Creative Leader, you will play an instrumental role leading the team and shaping Logi's brand expression. You live and breathe art direction, design, marketing, gaming and pop culture, and the latest trends in advertising and technology. You relish the opportunity to impact a mid-sized company, with a flat and collaborative culture (direct access to business group leaders and stakeholders).

You'll pitch less and produce more. You'll bring product ideas to life

You
Move fast. Speak up. Decide and own. Drive change. These are some of the winning behaviors you’ll need for success at Logitech. In this role you will:

  • Partner with copywriting creative strategists and lead/direct less senior art directors

  • Execute and shepherd concepts from conception through all stages of creative development, production and post-production

  • Push our creative expression and brand into culturally powerful new media and non-traditional expressions

Key Qualifications

  • Proven experience developing strategically grounded, creative ideas across digital and traditional media, for major consumer brands

  • A diverse portfolio of original advertising and brand engagement work, including broadcast/video, digital and new media

  • Command of creative, production and post-production considerations across TV and video, print, photography, CG animation, digital advertising, social media and so on

  • Experience in consumer technology or consumer lifestyle categories critical. Experience in gaming a plus

  • Flexibility (within reason) to work outside normal business hours

  • Big passion, small ego

Education

  • BA/BS degree in Fine Arts, Communication Design, Advertising or equivalent practical experience.
