Logitech is looking for a Facility Office Assistant & IT Service Support person to support our regional Workspace Services and IT Services team.
The role will require a service oriented mindset as well as creativity in solving issues.

-Be the local point of contact for Workplace Services and help, assist and coordinate in collaboration with Regional Workplace Services.
-Manage the local contacts/agreements with building management, cleaning/janitorial services and other Workplace Service Providers such as for stationary, F&B and general office supplies (raising Purchase Orders, controlling invoices etc)
-Be the local contact for the ‘Global Security Operations Center’ (GSOC) for badge request and/or access issues
-Seek, Suggest, Evaluate and implement process and office improvements in close collaboration with Regional WorkPlace Services and IT .
-Locally Manage desk booking and reservations
-Support all IT onboarding activities for local end-users
-Supporting our regional IT Services team by providing basic IT Service support and guidance to end-users for various devices, applications or processes.
-Troubleshoot hardware and software issues locally as well as remotely.
-Engage in discovery of new IT business tools, to support our business users as well as our internal IT Team.
-Work with our internal IT Teams on system testing, integration and maintenance.
-Seek, Suggest, Evaluate and implement process and Technology improvements.
-Business Fluent in English, any local language a plus
-Previous experience in Office Management or Facilities a plus
-Good administrative skills
-Basic knowledge of IT support
-Office files - Backing up and restoring
-Self starter with initiative and drive
-Good communication skills, comfortable working with various stakeholders
-Good customer service skills and great team player
-two-year college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
-Bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
