As a B2B Global Product Manager in C&P, you will help shape the global B2B product strategy across personal workspaces (hardware and associated software). Your vision and product expertise will allow us to engage our B2B customers in new and meaningful ways. You are passionate about product design, new technologies, conceiving, building, and maintaining a product portfolio that will transform the B2B personal workspace.

You will have the opportunity to work with a cross functionally across a diverse group of people across geographies. Your role will be based in the USA, reporting to the Head of Product Management for the B2B Business Unit. Your role will be global, with occasional travel.

A key contributor to the Portfolio vision; contributing to the development and ongoing management of the product's roadmap based on the strategies and vision.

‚ÄčInspire cross-functional teams with a product vision. Collaborate with all stakeholders (design, business and engineering) to understand problems, desired outcomes and craft solutions. Translate product strategy and target audience understanding into a high-level product vision and content. Influence key stakeholders to align resources and prioritization. 

  • Obsess over IT Decision Makers IT DM’s and users and their voice. Work closely with the insights and design team to develop a deep understanding of the B2B technology ecosystem needs, using market and user research, collection of trends, data analytics, user testing and beta programs.

  • Drive the development of innovative, industry-leading products that uniquely serve our target audiences (HW & associated SW), from idea to launch. Partner with engineering, design and software product managers, making sure the envisioned experience is delivered through all phases of the project, coordinating 5-star testing throughout the development cycle.

  • Make hard, high-judgment trade-offs between desirability, viability, feasibility and sustainability, leveraging functional expertise from all team members to drive decisions on optimal product definition. Leverage deep knowledge of IT DM, user experience and testing to translate product vision into product requirements document (PRD), requirements, users stories, positive business outcomes and prototypes.

  • Maintain the relationship with our customer care team, making sure they have the right information to support our users, training CX agents, and building setup guides.

  • Identify opportunities, needs & pain points, build an innovation framework. Work closely with the head of business and design, translating BU vision, multi-year growth objectives and target audience understanding into a product & innovation strategy, leading to a 3Y roadmap.

  • Communicate clearly and frequently with the direct product teams as well as with the broader cross-functional organization and senior management, to ensure that the product strategy is successfully executed and that business unit objectives are met.

  • In depth knowledge of what our competition has in the market, our gaps, and opportunities for B2B Enterprise Customers and key vertical markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to long-term product line and portfolio road mapping

  • Maintain intelligence on competitive products, voc within our domains

  • Work on evaluating the effectiveness of the existing portfolio

  • Support guideline development across the evaluation and development of new products

  • Mastery over different mediums of communication - Spreadsheets, Slides, Sketches, Whiteboards, and Wireframes


  • 5+ years or equivalent experience bringing hardware products to market in a capacity or role with similar responsibilities outlined above

  • Direct experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams from concept, development, to mass production through stage-gate processes

  • Proven understanding of project management related to timelines and deliverable

  • Ability to operate and lead cross-functional teams (Locally and Globally).
