Senior Component Planner Analyst

The Senior Component Data Analyst Role:

This role is responsible for Component Planning Analytics, the key roles are data analysis, improve data flow, enhance component demand/supply visibility, develop buffer strategies & proposal, and supplier materials management.  

We are looking for an enthusiastic team player with a strong data analytics background to support the business growth.

  • Develop dashboard and reports for component data analysis to identify opportunity and risk

  • Be the Super user of a new planning tool, to involve in testing & training, to drive process change and work with key stakeholders in meeting critical milestones

  • Seek opportunity to automate report and analysis

  • Data driven analysis to help with buffer strategies and proposal

  • Work with critical suppliers to improve the data set up and submission process


Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • Strong data analytics background is a must

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel & Macro skills and Good data analysis is a must

  • With maths/computer science background as well as material management/supply chain background is a plus 

  • 3 years or above of experience in material and planning management. 

  • Good teamwork, proactive and follow through

  • Be fluent in English and Mandarin

  • Experience in a global organization

  • Bachelor degree or above

In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:

  • Tableau

  • Kinaxis

  • Oracle ERP
