Category Marketing Specialist C&P Switzerland
Reporting to the Country Manager Switzerland, the selected candidate will be responsible to manage all commercial aspects of C&P Category, Logitech Audio and Home products to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
The Category Marketing Specialist has the primary focus of planning marketing & sales activities, aligning those with the country lead and commercial team (based on commercial and analytical insight) and driving execution with Consumer Marketing Managers and Account Managers in the country.

Be accountable for the performance of products in C&P, Logitech Audio and Home categories, achieving the revenue & profitability targets and strategic objectives
Use market insights to translate global and regional Promo & Marketing strategies into effective marketing campaigns and activities that will inspire and engage consumers and shoppers with focus on digital channels
Partner with EAMEA category organization and act as single point of contact
Manage & integrate key partnerships to amplify the Logitech marketing messages
Align strategies, campaigns, execution and performance KPIs with country lead & country team
Manage the planning, marketing investments and execution of activities in Switzerland channels and customers
Lead NPI launches for key products in Switzerland
Drive implementation & execution of campaigns
Own all commercial aspects of the C&P, Logitech Audio and Home categories for the country, esp. for market performance analysis (GFK), strategy development & presentation, identification of new opportunities and business performance
Drive cross functional collaboration, share best practice and modify successful activities for execution in other channels or customers
Proactively support and challenge Account Managers for key partners in the development of their portfolio, ranges and space allocations
Define, manage and control investments for partners, control the relevant ROI (return on investment) and success parameters
Proactively assess, clarify and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis
Conduct regular on-site meetings with customers and teams (~30-40% travel)
Be a brand ambassador for C&P, Logitech Audio and Home
For consideration, you must bring the following skills and behaviors to our team:
Extensive experience in category management or broader marketing background with a track record at A brands, sales experience welcome
Possess a deep understanding of the Swiss Market and sales channels ( (R)etail)
Proficiency to drive online marketing with in cooperation with partners
Fluent in English & German, both written and verbal.
Analytic, structured, highly driven and solution oriented person
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Ability to build strategic relationships
Strong financial acumen
Knowledge across a range of marketing tools
Excellent negotiation skills
Ability to drive and coordinate projects
