The Role:
The Channel Account Manager is responsible for defining strategies and implementing action plans for growth of Logitech business with assigned channel partners in the West Java, Kalimantan & Sulawesi and be responsible for their quarterly business performance.

• Maintain relationship with existing partners to ensure target fulfillment
• Explore any new potential partners in West Java, Kalimantan & Sulawesi
• Increase Logitech channel visibility and market share in partners
• Track each partner business performance by a weekly basis and give suggestion order to partners
• Set up a quarterly sales out activity plan as well as an execution plan for partners
• Monitor and manage the execution of the activities by measuring and reporting on activities and campaign results
• Be a Brand Ambassador

Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
• Minimum 8 years of experience within the area of Account Management in consumer electronics
• Proven track record in successfully delivering sales growth and channel expansion that drive significant market share and sales result
• Experience in working with large products portfolios, ability to align with company vision and leverage and share best practices across partners
• High market focus with strong business sense, a good understanding of customers
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams
• Analytic, structured, highly driven and solution oriented person
• Ability to build strategic relationships
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel extensively

• University Bachelor or above
