The Role:

The Global Product Manager, B2B Software will be responsible for supporting the Logitech Creativity & Productivity software team in identifying, defining, launching, and maintaining apps, features, and cloud platforms that enable new experiences for our overall range of mice, keyboards, and presentation accessories in the B2B space. You will help shape the global B2B software product strategy, working closely with broader B2B hardware product managers, marketing managers, and general manager. Your vision and product expertise will allow us to engage our B2B customers in new and meaningful ways. You are passionate about product design, new technologies, conceiving, building, and maintaining a product portfolio that will transform the B2B personal workspace.

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of people and functions.  Your role will be based in the USA, reporting to the Head of Software Products for C&P. Your role will be global, with occasional travel.

  • ​Inspire cross-functional teams with a product vision for our B2B software. Collaborating with all stakeholders to understand problems, desired outcomes, and craft solutions. Translate product strategy and target audience understanding into a high-level product vision and content. Influence key stakeholders to align resources and prioritization. 

  • Make hard, high-judgment trade-offs between desirability, viability, feasibility, and sustainability, leveraging functional expertise from all team members to drive decisions on optimal product definition & prioritization. Leverage deep knowledge of ITDM’s, user experience, and testing to translate product vision into PRD, requirements, users stories, prototypes, and positive business outcomes.

  • Obsess over ITDM’s and end-users. Work closely with the insights and design team to develop a deep understanding of the B2B technology ecosystem needs, using market and user research, data analytics, user testing, and beta programs.

  • Drive the development of innovative, industry-leading software features that uniquely serve our target audiences, from idea to launch. Act as product owner, partnering with engineering, design, and hardware product managers, making sure the envisioned experience is delivered through all phases of the project, coordinating 5-star testing throughout the development cycle.

  • Maintain the relationship with our customer care team, making sure they have the right information to support our users, training CX agents, and building setup guides.

  • Identify opportunities, needs & pain points, build an innovation framework. Work closely with the head of business and design, translating BU vision, multi-year growth objectives, and target audience understanding into a product & innovation strategy, leading to a 3Y roadmap.

  • Communicate clearly and frequently with the other product teams as well as with the broader cross-functional organization and senior management, to ensure that the product strategy is successfully executed and that business unit objectives are met.

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of what our competition has in the market, our gaps, and opportunities for B2B Enterprise Customers and key vertical markets.

  • Work closely with other business units, to develop a Logitech-wide strategy for our B2B customers.

Key Qualifications:

  • For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
  • Proven experience in B2B software and agile software development methodologies (eg.: Scrum) as a product owner.
  • Lives and breathes technology in the B2B space - knows about all the latest consumer tech trends for business customers
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and provide pragmatic solutions
  • Ability to work and lead cross-functional teams
  • Self-starter with a high degree of self-motivation
  • Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and presentation)
  • Excellent creative and problem-solving skills

In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management or a similar role
  • Experience in B2B software and services, desktop and/or mobile app services industry
  • Experience with B2B devices/hardware, a plus
  • Experience in product management/marketing and/or UX design experience a plus
  • Knowledge of project management tools, such as Jira, a plus

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering and/or Design
  • MBA or business-related degree a plus
