Logitech is currently seeking a Finance Manager to become part of the Corporate Finance team. This role will collaborate with worldwide business groups and cross-functional departments. The ideal candidate would be a self-starter with great interpersonal, organizational, and technical skills, who is looking to contribute significantly to a strong and fast-paced group. 

Note: This role will strategically partner with business partners in the US, therefor crossover with US hours will be required

Corporate FP&A

  • Own planning process, maintenance and submission of business group plans and HQ budgets in the system (OneStream)

  • Coordinate and monitor data input, consolidation, reporting and analysis of OPEX submissions

  • Own end-to-end FP&A processes including planning, forecasting and reporting of OPEX, annually and quarterly for management reviews

  • Lead meeting with all finance analysts, monitor weekly spend for all business groups and report to the Senior Management

  • Prepare OPEX fluxes for internal management reviews and external audit

  • Manage changes in OPEX as part of Annual and Quarterly submission and resubmissions

  • Manage HC analysis for plan vs actuals for all business groups and analyze results

  • Proven ability to work across business groups and regions sales organization for retail and other businesses.

  • Design and prepare monthly reports to understand how resources are being deployed and their ROI.

  • Analyze trends, drivers, variances and identify areas of improvement both from a business and financial perspective.

  • Build strong relationships and foster teamwork within the department, overall finance group, and business partners.

  • Complete ad hoc requests from various business partners internal and external to Finance 

  • Ability to understand, analyze different sets of data and make recommendations or highlight improvement areas

Design business group:

  • Work directly with Senior members of the Chief Design Officer team to plan and develop financial forecasts, resources planning and cost allocation to other business units

  • Input data in Onestream system for headcount and external spend as agreed with business partner for planning

  • Provide monthly and ad hoc actuals versus plan reports to business partners

Key Qualifications:

  • 5-6 years of progressive development in Finance with prior experience providing Financial Planning & Analysis support; experience working in an executive facing role preferred

  • Experience in working in  Corporate Finance, Business Finance or Sales Finance, is an added plus

  • Experience working with business partners located in the US 

  • Excel power user, including experience with arrays, nested formulae, index/match, lookups, and pivot tables; strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and Google Doc

  • Proficiency in Smartview and Oracle; database relationship structure knowledge

  • Manage large amounts of financial data with the highest degree of accuracy; experience in building/maintaining/ improving financial models preferred

  • Work comfortably with incomplete information and deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

  • Professional, articulate, diligent, hardworking, curious, and self-motivated

  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills; must be able to form positive relationships with business partners and peers

  • Accountable to work independently, stay organized and prioritize deadlines in a continually evolving environment

  • A passion for problem-solving, identifying trends and turning confusion into comprehension


  • Bachelor or Equivalent degree in Finance or Accounting 

  • MBA preferred but not required
