Procurement Category Manager - Marketing
The newly created position of Procurement Category Manager - Marketing will lead the marketing procurement function globally. In this role they will work closely with senior stakeholders across many functions within Logitech and build strong relationships with our critical external marketing partners. They will be responsible to ensure that our external partners continue to provide the best value and service to the Logitech global marketing function and will provide a pivotal role in enabling the continued pursuit of our global marketing goals.
This role reports to the Global Head of Indirect Procurement and is located in Cork, Ireland, and we are open to consider Lausanne, Switzerland as a location.

Proactively identify new opportunities for value creation and cost savings in Marketing spend categories, including but not limited to creative agencies, advertising, media agencies, market research, production and print
Responsible for supply base management, supplier performance, supplier business reviews for the Marketing spend categories
Manage marketing procurement processes, procedures, and sourcing activities in a diverse, global corporate environment
Develop strong relationships with marketing stakeholders to enable the partnership with Procurement
Coordinate with and mentor marketing procurement buyers in sourcing strategies, stakeholder management and other activities as needed
For consideration, you must bring the following skills to our team:
In-depth knowledge of marketing procurement and significant experience supporting the marketing organization
Demonstrated procurement category success with Sales & Marketing
Strong analytical skills including demonstrated experience identifying saving opportunities derived from spend analysis
Ability to lay out a formal business case and articulate recommended courses of action, and present to all levels of the organization including executive leadership
Proven negotiation skills, must be able to negotiate and write T&C’s with limited legal support
Ability to build strong internal and external relationships
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in an autonomous environment; ability to generate and pursue ideas and complex project management skills
Highly developed influencing and communication skills in a diverse global environment
Fluent in English - oral and written.
