The Role
We are now looking for a Lead HW Engineer to join our team. Our Gaming Electrical Engineering team spreads worldwide, both in Europe and Asia, and focuses on the design of gaming peripherals including keyboards, mice, wheels, joysticks and more.

Define and review system architecture of products for our Logitech G brand - Gaming keyboards, mice, controllers and steering wheels.
Qualify the electrical design to achieve our quality standards.
Collaborate with the factory to ensure smooth and efficient mass production.
Lead the technical development to meet cost, schedule and user experience.
Bring technical insights and experience in product design involving strong cross-functional and system capabilities.
Engage in technical surveys of EE technologies to continue driving innovation.
Co-work with a worldwide, multi-site and multi-cultural team to develop world-leading Gaming products.
Key Qualification :
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
8+ years of experience in the consumer electronics industry.
IOT, embedded systems.
ARM-based platforms, Nordic NRF52 or equivalent.
Solid experience in PCBA and electrical designs involving:
Knowledge in all-type USB interfaces and USB power delivery
SPI, I2C.
Switched-Mode Power Supplies.
Battery charging ICs.
DC/DC converters.
Current and voltage protection circuits.
Proven experience in RF/wireless designs
RF matching, filter design and antenna matching.
Lab equipment and testing:
Spectrum Analyzer, Network analyzer, RF Signal generators.
Antenna design is an added advantage.
Strong PCB layout review capabilities.
EMI troubleshooting.
ESD/EFT troubleshooting.
Proven knowledge in current and latest EE manufacturing operations.
Quick learner, self-motivated, curious with good priorities and time-management.
Good communication skills with fluency in both written and spoken English.
Efficiently create reports/synthesis on complex cross-functional topics.
Team player with an outspoken, open-minded and creative personality.
Experience in working in a multicultural working environment.
Education:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent
