The Role:

The Customer Experience Operations Data Specialist will own the operational process enabling the smooth delivery of Logitech CX Services to our business customers in our Video Conferencing business line.  Working closely with a range of functions including business development, data entry specialists, distribution teams, customer services and various IT groups, this role offers a great deal of experience and exposure to the successful candidate, who will follow the data across these orgs to ensure effective delivery. This exciting new role, is initially for a 6 month fixed term.

  • Manage day to day process of service eligibility, including data collection, validation of tickets and interfacing with key stakeholders 

  • Debug issues in the validation process, dealing with ineligible tickets and identifying root cause

  • Engage with partners to resolve data flow and data quality  issues 

  • On-board new distributors to the process

  • Supervise deliverables from data entry specialist 

  • Document process

  • Propose and drive process improvement


Key Qualifications

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • Experience in the IT services industry such as license management of cloud service, support delivery, partner management for maintenance service or similar

  • Strong interest for data management and processes across multiple organizations

  • Be process and detail oriented

  • Exhibit strong troubleshooting skills, process debugging and resolution

  • Good communication skills, comfortable working across multiple distributed individuals

  • Fluency with Excel/Google spreadsheet and database queries/management 

  • Fluent in spoken and written English


Education:

  • Undergraduate Degree ideally in IT, Computer Science, Business Analysis, BIS or analytical field
