Hardware Quality Engineering Intern (Quality Systems Development)

Logitech designs and develops a wide range of products and services. All with the single purpose of enhancing human capabilities. With a consumer first mindset, our Quality Engineers create Test and Quality Standards that ensure the best possible consumer experience. Your role will be to assess the current state of Logitech’s Quality Standards. Identify gaps or opportunities for improvement. You will collaborate with Quality Engineers to enhance and transition existing test standards, to the new quality standards template. Upon completion, you will upload the standards contents into the new Test & Quality Standards Repository. The repository will be utilized by all Quality Engineers to develop hardware test plans for all Logitech products.
Assess the current state of Logitech’s Quality Standards.
Methodically review existing test standards & procedures.
Identify gaps or opportunities for improvement.
Provide recommendations for improvements that will lead to better understanding and execution of hardware tests.
Work with Quality Engineers to enhance test standards\procedures.
Share your findings with Logitech Quality Engineers.
Enhance and transfer existing standards to the new template.
Work with Quality Engineers to ensure all test requirements are captured.
Help remove any ambiguity in the test execution and acceptance criteria.
Ensure test acceptance criteria is documented in all test standards.
Transition updated standards into new Test & Quality Standards Repository
Ensure all test standards in the repository align with Quality Engineering’s intent.
Create detailed schedules that highlight your key milestones and deliverables.
Create detailed and informative weekly reports for the quality team and management.

Fundamentals in Hardware Quality Assurance methodologies.
Ability to create Hardware procedures and test plans.
Advocate for the best consumer experience.
System development experience.
Expert Level MS OFFICE
Self-motivated, curious and goal oriented.
A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success.
Insightful and good English written and verbal communication skills.
Friendly, enthusiastic and open interpersonal team skills.
Creative thinkers must have a systematic approach in problem solving.
Willing to learn new concepts and products quickly.
Education and Experience:
Currently taking hardware engineering courses. Must have an interest in developing tests that ensure the best possible product experience for consumers.
