The Role:

The DTX Supply Manager is responsible for overseeing our inventory levels globally for our ecommerce business. This role will also be responsible to collaborate across the DTX/Multi brand organization to ensure business objectives are met. Includes the ability to rapidly synthesize and communicate findings to senior leaders and to actively identify potential supply issues that can affect our ecommerce strategy. Assess and mitigate risks to the business. Manage global supply chain disruptions in real time with the support of an international team.

  • Ensure that we are in-stock for all the products active on the website 

  • NPI & EOL SKU Management 

  • Item out of stock management - manual input/self manage/feed correction 

  • Manage day-to-day assortment decisions to add in new products, remove discontinued products, and provide order forecast 

  • Act as liaison between Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Category managers. 

  • Planning inventory flow, analyzing statistical data, and generating forecasting solutions

  • Predict future inventory needs, producing plans for buying based on forecasts and sales data - inclusive of DTX Exclusive SKUs

  • Develop and measure inventory levels and service performance through KPIs.

  • Plan sales and forecast appropriate inventory levels by SKU.

  • Identify potential inventory liabilities and take appropriate actions to bring quantity to a desired level.

  • Analyze factors that impact demand for products (i.e., category trends / trade promotions / competitive products / seasonality / retail consumption) and partner with Category Managers to ensure effective execution

  • Construct new/pre-season item plans and suggest flow forecasts and investment quantities.

  •  Generate recommended order quantities based on forecast and promotional plans

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • Proven track record in driving great collaboration across functions and teams 

  • Well-developed communication skills (verbal and written), with strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with all levels of employees and management.

  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills; Experience with continuous improvement a must.

  • Passion for excellence – Thrives in adverse environments – Exceptionally poised under pressure.

  • Oracle Experience (Preferred) , Narvar Experience (Optional), Digital River Experience (Optional) 

  • Project Management Experience and the ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment 

  • Experience in operational service vendor management.

Education:

  • BA/BS + 4 years of experience, masters degree or MBA is a plus
