Logitech is seeking a People Services Generalist to support the delivery of employee lifecycle services for Logitech employees across all business groups within the EMEA region.

  • Act as a regional expert

  • you will be responsible for managing and coordinating complex cases. 

  • you will be watching out for the deadlines as they approach and will  communicate  to the team what needs to be done in advance, 

  • partnering with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards and HR Business Partners to deliver high quality, accurate & efficient support 

  • Partnering with P&C BPs, Total Rewards and TA to understand and apply local legislation and benefits requirements. 

  • Proactively review legal updates and partner appropriately to ensure our systems, processes, documentation and guidelines are accurately reflected and compliant. 

  • you will be responsible for the case management and a resolution of complex tasks, that require analytical thinking and application of technical HR concepts and knowledge.  

  • act as a Quality Controller who conducts root cause analysis when errors occur and also perform quality checks for queries as well as process documents to ensure everything is in line with the set standards. 

  • responsible for training of the new and existing team members. 

  • Communicating difficult messages to employees and managers.

  • Driving compliance and consistency to legal, SOX and company’s policies.

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • 5 years experience in a broad HR Administration or HR Services environment, preferably in a complex, multi-national environment or standalone Generalist role

  • Proven knowledge & practical application of HR processes & practices & employment legislation. An understanding of Switzerland’s  employment law and benefits would be a distinct advantage

  • Prior working knowledge of HR information systems, preferably Workday

  • Working knowledge of processing payroll inputs

  • Strong customer-service orientation

  • Excellent prioritization & organizational skills, along with attention to detail

  • Ability to build relationships & interact at all levels of the organization

  • Strong, proven process & quality mindset and a passion for finding innovative solutions

  • Highly adaptable, demonstrated ability to multi-task & proven ability to work to tight timelines

  • Full professional proficiency in English 

  • Full professional proficiency in German or French a distinctive advantage 

 

 

Education:

Educated to University Degree level or above in HR Management or other related field
