Service IT Business Analyst
We are now looking for a Service IT Business Analyst (6 - 8 years experience) who can stabilize, support, and optimize our existing services and subscription processes/setups for hardware and software. It is a strong techno-functional role having an IT Enterprise Oracle e-business suite and salesforce skills. It is a cross-functional role to support multiplatform including Oracle Order Mgt., Finance, Salesforce, Integration, and E-COM like Digital River & Shopify, etc. Familiarity with subscription billing platforms would be beneficial.

Liaise with ERP [enterprise resource planning], CRM [customer relationship management], Subscription application, and various edge applications to understand services\subscription flows and support on a day to day basis
To work with distributors, customers, and/or integration partners to understand their system challenges and help in getting them resolved to streamline the existing processes.
Work with Oracle, Salesforce, Zendesk, E-Com, and integration tools to help in supporting various integrations
Technical and functional enough to identify the operational issues and successfully deliver a solution in a timely manner
Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives – take ownership and participate in projects
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
3 years Oracle EBS implementation or support experience, with proven delivery execution experience in at least 2 full cycle implementations at a techno-functional level
Significant knowledge and detailed skills in the Oracle e-business suite in the R12 platform. Specifically order management, EDI, inventory, costing, account receivables, sub-ledger accounting, Tax, and GL
Exposure to the system landscape consisting of integrated Oracle ERP, Cloud PLM, Salesforce, Snowflake, Outsystems, JASON, XML, JIRA & complimentary supporting applications is essential (both in B2B and B2C domains).
Prior experience in implementing \ supporting services \ subscription enablement is desirable
Good technical skills - for example, knowledge of database structures, tables, and SQL command language
Support and Onboarding new services with key channel partners and optimizing existing service automation
Ability to support and help in enabling services in new geographic locations with specific localization requirements in the likes of India, China, etc.
Ability to understand the party tools like Liaison, OpenText and work with the integration team to resolve technical \ functional issues
Ability to convert business requirements into detailed functional specifications
Ability to work both independently and as a team player, and enjoy working in an environment that requires continuous learning
Work with both Enterprise IT project team and Development team to provide holistic solution design and suggestions to integrate the technology or develop features into the Enterprise Applications and provide consulting advice to Business processes/applications/tools
A reasonable understanding of Integration & API architecture as well as Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Enterprise application integration
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with strong presentation skills
Must know how to conduct/participate in proof of concepts to assist in defining technology direction and enabling business strategy that will increase our sustainability and prepare us for future expansion/growth
Flexible to work out of regular working hours, if needs be

Ability to gain confidence to be seen as a trusted advisor to the IT organization(s) and go-to person for services\subscription issues
Suggesting ideas to reduce costs, automate non-value-added tasks in IT and Biz
Innovative mindset and strong understanding of Design Thinking principles
Understanding cloud computing, real-time analytics, strategy development is a plus.
Ability to provide a benchmarking framework to compare results against other organizations or standards
Proactive and results-oriented, process-oriented.
Able to set priorities on a continuous basis
Ability to take ownership and drive cross-functional cross-collaborative meetings
Ability to develop strong working relationships with all relevant parties
Good knowledge of project management and collaboration tools like PowerPoint, G-docs, Confluence, and Monday.com
Degree in Business Information Sciences or Computer Science (or equivalent work experience);
